3. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
When you first access VoxDivina, you will see a consent banner with the following options:
- Accept all: essential, preference, analytics and advertising cookies are enabled
- Reject non-essential: only essential cookies are used; analytics and advertising are disabled
- Customize: individually choose which categories to accept
You can change your preferences at any time in Settings → Privacy → Cookies.
Cookie consent is stored for up to 12 months, after which it will be requested again. Withdrawal of consent for non-essential cookies can be done at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by partners on behalf of VoxDivina. Each partner has its own privacy policy:
- Google (AdSense / Analytics): contextual advertising and usage analytics cookies. Google Privacy Policy
- Stripe: cookies used during the payment flow for security and fraud prevention. Stripe Privacy Policy
- Mercado Pago: cookies during the Mercado Pago payment flow. Mercado Pago Privacy Policy
- Cloudflare: security and CDN performance cookies. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
Third-party cookies used in payment flows (Stripe, Mercado Pago) are essential for transaction security and cannot be disabled during the checkout process.
5. Browser-Level Control
You can also control and delete cookies directly through your browser settings:
- View and delete cookies stored by domain
- Block third-party cookies
- Set alerts when cookies are placed
- Browse in private/incognito mode (no cookie persistence)
Note: disabling essential cookies (e.g., authentication token) makes the platform unusable as login will not work. Third-party cookies can be blocked without impacting core service functionality, except during payment flows.

6. PWA and Local Storage
VoxDivina is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that uses additional local storage:
- Service Worker cache: stores static assets (images, scripts, styles) for fast loading and offline use. Can be cleared in browser Settings → Site Storage

- localStorage: session preferences and user settings. Cleared when browser data is cleared
